• Waiting: 10p for every 30 seconds or part
• Hires between midnight and 05:00: £1 extra; called but not used: £3 between 05:00 and midnight, £4 between midnight and 05:00
• Christmas/New Year hirings covered by the council fare card: 1.5 times the meter; soiling charge £30
• Purpose-built/adapted vehicle requested for more than four passengers or a task unsuitable for a saloon: £1 extra, except disabled and wheelchair passengers
