• Tariff 1 — before 1 November 2026: £3.00 first 880 yd or 293.3 seconds; then 20 p each 171 yd or 57 seconds
• Tariff 2 journeys beginning 21:00-06:00: £3.75 initial (Tariff 1 plus 25%)
• Tariff 3 specified Christmas/New Year periods: £6.00 initial (Tariff 1 plus 100%)
• Tariff detail 4: Advance-booking engagement charge 50 p; qualifying MPV hire for more than 4 passengers or unsuitable standard-vehicle items £5, excluding wheelchair passengers; cleaning charge £100.
• Adopted review — 1 November 2026: The 17 September Executive agreed the reviewed changes after considering representations. Attached Appendix 3 names 1 November: £3 initial covering 720.2 yards or 240.2 seconds or a combination, then 20 p per 159.8 yards/53.3 seconds. Unsocial-hours multiplier 25% and festive 100% remain; festive hours change to 18:00 on 24/31 December until 03:00 on 27 December/3 January.
• Calculator verification boundary: Old calculator support ends at 00:00 on 1 November 2026. The attached reviewed table is marked COPY. Replacement estimates remain withheld pending a final operative card and implementation check. The council customer page still displays the 2023 scale.
