Dual driver applications require at least three years' full UK/EC/EEA driving experience. Applicants with three continuous months overseas since age 18 need the relevant overseas criminal-record evidence. Current council FAQ links the card dated 26 October 2022: initial fares £3 daytime, £4.50 night/Christmas or New Year's Eve, £6 Christmas/Boxing/New Year's Day, £4 Sunday/bank-holiday daytime. All include 206.56 yards or 72 seconds. Subsequent distance stages vary by tariff; the card contains an ambiguous five-mile/sixth-mile transition and conflicting waiting formulations, so a full automatic quote is not yet cleared.
