The council minute adopts Proposal A with night and festive start times amended to 21:00, but the final statutory outcome and operative card remain unconfirmed. The decision-backed ordinary table starts at £3 for 530 yards, then 22p per started 180 yards to two miles and per 170.7 yards thereafter. Waiting is 11p per completed 20 seconds, not a started-period charge. Larger-party draft wording still needs reconciliation with the amended hours; no model is enabled.
