The dual licence lasts three years. Supply enhanced DBS/Update evidence, right-to-work and driving-licence evidence, medical no older than three months and applicable HMRC code. Medicals are annual from age 65; overseas residence can require good-conduct evidence.

Vehicle replacement or transfer carries no fee. The schedule quotes TaxiPlus enhanced DBS at £75.49 but explicitly warns that this external-provider charge can change and must be checked with TaxiPlus.

Tariff content checked 23 October 2026. The council’s current-linked policy, section 6.10, affirmatively states that it has no approved fare system. The fare is agreed between the licence holder and hirer, with a written receipt on request. This is not a missing-card task and does not mean a zero or free fare. No universal council-tariff model or national price ranking is inferred.
