Council resolved 25 September 2024 to vary the fare: £3.40 initial 154-metre pull-off distance and 20p per subsequent 161 metres. Extra 100% for hires starting Christmas Eve 18:00 through Christmas Day midnight and New Year's Eve 18:00 through New Year's Day midnight; extra 50% midnight–06:00 and other bank/public holidays. Soiling £80; dogs £1 except assistance dogs; luggage conveyed outside the carriage 10p; each passenger beyond one 10p for the journey. The accompanying review described existing waiting as 20p per 48 seconds, but the adopted minute's table does not restate it.
