The 2026–27 schedule effective 1 April lists HC/PH annual vehicles £190 new and £174 renewal; fully electric £114/£104, plug-in hybrid £152/£139. Annual HC/PH drivers £398 new or £272 renewal; PH three-year renewal £476. Operator one-year new £485/renewal £398; five-year new £1,097. A second five-year row is also labelled new at £1,011, so its renewal applicability is withheld. HC three-year renewal total £476 conflicts with its £184+£229 components; confirm before payment. First knowledge test is free, subsequent £153; medical, DBS and fitness tests cost extra. The council warns fees may change during the year.
