According to TaxiPoint, its new survey invites licensed taxi and private hire vehicle drivers to describe their experiences with licensing authorities. Questions cover fees, enforcement, recent applications and renewals, contact with councils and confidence in their authority. The publisher says responses will inform a planned annual report. This is TaxiPoint's research initiative, rather than a government consultation or an announcement of survey results.
