Torbay approves revised taxi fares from 4 November

The council's final decision, dated 20 October and published on 23 October, approves the advertised hackney carriage fare table from 4 November 2026. This sets a later start than the original 1 October proposal. The approved start remains in the future; the decision's immediate implementation wording concerns the waived call-in process and should not be read as making the new fares current in October.
